Terms and Conditions from Bailey Flower Essences

The prices within this website supercede all previous price lists.

The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

CURRENCY

All prices are in GBP (British Pounds). Any orders placed with Bailey Flower Essences will be converted from GBP (British Pounds) into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change all the time and even the online currency conversion rate displayed here may differ to the rate when your transaction is processed by your credit card company.

DELIVERY CHARGES

UK	Up to £100 = £3.00	Europe	Please add 10% (minimum £3.00)
UK	Over £100 = £5.50	Rest of World	Please add 15% (minimum £3.00)

International Shipping of the Bailey Stressbuster:
The price for delivery of a Bailey Stressbuster to Europe is £5.50 and the rest of the world £7.50. When you place an order for a Bailey Stressbuster through our website, the delivery will be calculated based on a percentage of the product cost, and this amount will be debited from your credit card, however when we process the order we will immediately refund your card with the difference.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times for the following Zones are as follows:
UK - 3 working days
EU - 1 week
USA - 1 - 2 weeks
Rest of the World - 1 - 2 weeks

Note. If you require a delivery to a country not listed please email us for a response to your query.

Due to the personal nature of the dowsing procedure this can take up to 10 days to complete and then normal delivery times apply.

DUTIES & TAXES

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Bailey Flower Essences' products are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

We accept Visa, Mastercard (Access), Maestro/Switch and Delta

Alternatively we do accept UK Bank cheques sent with an order to the address stated below with a cheque made payable to Bailey Flower Essences Ltd.

RETURNS

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your order, please telephone our customer service department on +44 (0)1943 432012 or e-mail us at office@baileyessences.com for an immediate response to your query.

All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.

GUARANTEE

If you are not totally satisfied we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. The goods must be returned to Bailey Flower Essences within 10 days in the condition they were received.

Acceptance of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any order.
