How to Order from Bailey Flower Essences

To Order on-line
	If you would like to order an individual Bailey or Bach essences, please enter the A-Z listing and find the essence that you would like. Then fill in the quantity box and click Add to Cart button to add that product to your list.
	If you are unsure which essence you need, use the Choosing Essences section to narrow down your choice and then click the button to add to your list.
	If you would like to buy a set of essences, enter the Sets of Essences button from the menu and click the Add to Basket button to add the set to your list.
	You can add as many items to your shopping basket as you like. Once you are happy with your selection please click the button.
	When you have reviewed your order and are happy with it, please select your delivery Country / Region from the drop down box.
	Finally choose your method of payment from the drop down box.
	Then click on "Click Here to Complete Order - Total Amount: £." button.
	You will then be taken to a screen where you will be asked to complete your billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click on the ENTER button.
	Please remember that in order to gain access to the secure pages you must have your security switched on. You will then be asked to enter your credit / debit card details and asked to click a transmit / send button. Once you have entered your credit / debit card details and these have been accepted and authorised you will be taken to a receipt page, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order.
	If you have selected to telephone Bailey Flower Essences with your credit card details you will then be taken to a screen where you will be asked to complete your billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click on the ENTER button and you will be taken to a receipt page, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order. You will then need to call +44 (0)1943 432012 with your credit card details.
	If you have selected to fax / post Bailey Flower Essences with your credit card details you will then be taken to a screen where you will be asked to complete your billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click on the ENTER button and you will be taken to a receipt page, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order. Print this screen and fax / post it through to us: +44 (0)1943 432011.
	Paying by credit card online means that your order will be despatched sooner than the other two methods.
	If you have paid for your order by credit / debit card the name that will appear on your statement is Bailey Flower Essences.
